White Fish, 2 Pounds
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Panko, 2 Cups
Maika`i Yuzu Furikake, 1/4 Cup
Eggs, 2 Eggs
Shredded Cabbage, 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white fish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups panko
  • 1/4 cup Maika`i Yuzu Furikake
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

 

Directions

  1. Cut fish to desired size.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine panko and fruikake.
  4. Dip seasoned fish into egg, and then into panko-furikake mix.
  5. Press panko-furikake mixture to make it stick.
  6. In a shallow pan, fry fish until cooked.
  7. Garnish plate with cabbage, then place fish.
